Disclaimer

What a ReadyBuy report is, what it is not, and where its figures come from.

A ReadyBuy report is general information only. It is not a valuation, and it is not financial, legal, tax, building or property advice.

Not a valuation

The offer window is a range worked out from comparable sales, an automated estimate and the property’s last sale. It is not a valuation by a certified practising valuer and should not be relied on for lending, insurance, tax, legal or family-law purposes. If you need a valuation, engage a registered valuer.

Not advice

Reports do not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account. Before you make an offer, sign a contract or borrow, consider getting advice from a licensed professional, such as a mortgage broker, financial adviser, solicitor or conveyancer, and order building and pest inspections.

Third-party data

Reports use data from third parties, including Microburbs (property, sales, listing and suburb data), the Australian Bureau of Statistics (census) and Google (maps and imagery). We do not control this data and cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete or current. Listing prices may be out of date, a listing may have changed or the home may have sold, and hazard, zoning and planning layers are indicative only. Check anything important with the source, the agent or the local council.

Not suited to every use

Reports are designed for buyers of established houses. They are not designed for development feasibility, subdivision, multi-unit, rural, heritage or commercial assessments.

Estimates and examples

Scores, forecasts, rent and cashflow figures are estimates and can differ from what happens. Examples on our website use an invented property, “12 Sample Street”, and every figure in them is illustrative.

Your rights

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. See our terms of use for how we handle problems with a report.
