Search the address

Type any Australian house. ReadyBuy pulls the property, recent sales nearby, the land, the street and the suburb, and builds the report while you watch.

  • Live data, pulled fresh for every report
  • Checks coverage before you pay
02

Tell us your brief

Who's buying, what the home must have and what would be nice. Say whether it's original, updated, renovated or new. The report is scored against you, not an average buyer.

  • Takes under a minute
  • Renovations adjust the comparable sales, with the working shown
03

Read the Bottom Line

One score out of 10 across your fit, the price, property and risk, and location and outlook. Then tap through twenty-two sections in five areas: your deal, the property, price and money, the neighbourhood and the people.

  • A serious problem caps the score
  • Every figure shows where it came from
04

Rate an offer

See the offer window: a low, a midpoint and a high from four independent methods, with the asking price beside it. Type the figure you're thinking of and see where it sits before you say it out loud.

  • High, medium or low confidence, always stated
  • The asking price is never blended in
05

The agent knows every sale on the street. You get a price guide, written to get you through the door.

It's time buyers walked in with the same evidence.

A price guide is one number. It tells you what the agent wants you to hear, not what the home is worth or what it suits.

ReadyBuy starts from you and the home: your brief, live sales, four independent methods, and a range to negotiate within that shows its working.

Four
methods

Every window is worked out fresh for the home from four independent methods, then weighted by how much evidence each one has. One range to negotiate within.

4
  1. Recent comparable sales

Homes that actually sold nearby, matched on bedrooms, bathrooms, land, parking and build type, then weighted by how alike they are.

  2. Automated estimate

An independent model's reading of the home. If it has been renovated or rebuilt since it last sold, we set it aside rather than let a stale figure drag the window down.

  3. Its own last sale, brought forward

What this exact home last sold for, moved forward by how the local market has grown since. The most specific evidence there is, when it's recent enough to trust.

  4. Comparative market analysis

The handful of sales most closely matched to the home, valued on their own and adjusted to it. A second read on the comparables, never used to claim extra confidence.

  5. Honest about how sure we are

Every window is rated high, medium or low confidence. When the evidence is thin, the window gets wider and the report explains why.
